This notice explains what Vibe Fitness 24/7 does with the details you give us when you send an enquiry on this website. It is short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Vibe Fitness 24/7, 1st & 2nd Floor, Rao Complex, Sapna Market 12/2, Sarai Khawaja Road, Sector 37, Faridabad, Haryana 121003. We decide why and how your details are used.

What we collect

• Required: your name and mobile number, and your tick to say we may contact you.
• Optional: your email address, your fitness goal, and anything you write in the query box.

Please do not put health conditions or other sensitive details in the query box. If you want to tell us about an injury or medical condition, wait and tell the coach in person.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a visit to the gym. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for advertising.

Where it goes

• Your enquiry is saved in a private Google Sheet that only Vibe Fitness staff can open.
• A notification email is sent to the gym’s own email inbox. Google (Sheets and Gmail) processes these on our behalf.
• Our website host, Vercel, passes your enquiry through to Google. It does not keep it for its own use.

How long we keep it

For as long as it takes to answer you and arrange your visit, and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you come back to us. We delete it sooner whenever you ask.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Call or message us on the number below and we will act on it. If you are not happy with how we handled your details, you can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operating.

Cookies and tracking

This website has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies of its own. It saves one small setting on your device, your light or dark mode choice. The map in the Location section is provided by Google and may set its own cookies when it loads.

WhatsApp and phone calls

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone instead of the form, that conversation happens on WhatsApp or your phone network and is covered by their own terms. We only use the number to reply to you.

Children

This website is not meant for people under 18. If a parent or guardian is enquiring for a child, please use their details, not the child’s.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
